Villa Nueva Nerja is a lovely villa situated in a quiet residential area of Nerja, but still walking distance to Nerja's town center and beaches. It's perfect for those people who don't want to drive whilst on holiday and want to forget the car or taxi ... as you can walk to the center of Nerja in 10 minutes!
It is very private and a great choice if you’re looking for villas in Nerja.
It has a private pool and sunny terraces, together with a barbeque area and roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains.
There is also a dining area and well equipped kitchen.
The villa comprises of four bedrooms, three twin bedrooms and one master double bedroom. One of the twin rooms has access from the master double bedroom which is ideal for families with young children.
There is air conditioning in the lounge, double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms. In addition, all bedrooms and the lounge area have ceiling fans. Overall, Villa Nueva Nerja is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday in Nerja and is ideal for a family or group of friends who are looking for private and comfortable villas for rent in Nerja, yet still close to the town center. Unfortunately, the villa is not suitable for groups of youngsters not supervised or students. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.

BOOKINGS ARE SATURDAY - SATURDAY All rental rates to be paid in local currency ie: Euros Cot and high chair 44 Euros per rental. 300 Euros refundable breakage deposit payable one month before arrival, to confirm booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival. Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning is necessary, the cost will be deducted from the 300 Euros breakage deposit.
