Casa Chill Out is a lovely property situated in a peaceful residential area, yet close to the centre of Nerja, and has beautiful countryside, farmland and mountain views.

This is a spacious, well equipped 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests.

However Casa Chill Out is also available as a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom house at discounted rates (see the rates table below).

If you take this option, the whole house is rented to you exclusively during your stay (the other bedroom(s) are locked and unoccupied), which means you can enjoy the luxury of staying in a larger property, including fantastic outdoor spaces, without paying over the odds.

Having undergone a complete renovation in Spring '08 the house is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout.

If you are looking for a holiday villa rental in Spain Casa Chill Out is certainly a wonderful option.

The house is in an ideal location within walking distance of Nerja's many amenities, yet with stunning views of rural Andalucia - the best of both worlds!

The house boasts a spacious sunny terrace at the front and a patio at the rear.

Both are perfect for alfresco dining.

The spacious lounge/dining room is light and airy and has patio doors leading to the patio.

It is comfortable, tastefully decorated and equipped with a flat screen TV (with English Sky TV), DVD player and stereo.

The brand new fitted kitchen has granite work surfaces and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

Outside a small room houses a washing machine and a further fridge-freezer.

In addition, the main bedroom has its own balcony, again with magnificent views.

The property is situated in a quiet complex built in the traditional Andalucian style, with well kept gardens, pleasant walkways and a communal swimming pool.

The communal swimming pool area has two pools, with a waterfall cascading from the upper pool to the lower pool. There are also toilets and changing rooms and plenty of space to soak up the sun.

The pool is open between April and September. During the winter months there is a sauna open a couple of days a week.

There is ample parking should you wish to hire a car.

Overall, the house is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday in Nerja and is ideal for couples, friends or a family with children who are looking for comfortable and stylish Nerja villas for rent.
