San Juan de Capistrano or "San Juan" as the locals call it is located on the outskirts of the main town of Nerja.
Due to it's location it has magnificent views over the town of Nerja out to the Mediterranean sea.
San Juan is a beautiful urbanisation and was designed and built in the style of a typical Andalucian village. It only has a few roads that are open to traffic, the rest of the urbanisation is made up of pedestrian pathways fringed by lawns and exotic plants, and quaint little alley ways that hide entrances to villas and apartments.
It really is a special place.It's also very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town of Nerja .... ideal for a relaxing holiday with a loved one, friends or family.
It has gorgeous well kept lawns and gardens and boasts a communal swimming pool, including a smaller children's pool, exclusive to San Juan residents or guests. Note, the pool is closed during the Autumn and Winter months.
You will also find a handful of restaurants which are open for lunch and dinner and a local supermarket.San Juan is well connected to the town center via the local bus service.
